Why don't you have a self-mailing order form/envelope included with your paper catalogs?
When we researched the cost, we found that enclosing an insert in our catalog would increase our printing cost by about 25%. We feel that most of our customers would prefer to sacrifice a little convenience for the sake of keeping prices as low as possible.

Do you deliver to locations outside the india?

How did you come up with your shipping charges?
We base our shipping charges on your order total. We make the assumption that a higher dollar amount equates to a heavier package. We understand that there are exceptions, but it is not cost effective for us to store weights for individual items, trying to estimate actual package weight.
If you think that our rates are high compared to other e-commerce and mail order companies please keep the following in mind; our prices are about half of those other companies, so that on average we sell four items for $60, while our competitors sell two items for $60. Compare our shipping charges on a per item basis and you will find that we are generally a bargain. Companies that offer low flat rates or even free shipping have to make up the cost somewhere. Companies that lose money on shipping have to raise their product price to make up the difference.
Our ultimate goal is to break even on our true shipping costs. We monitor these costs carefully to ensure we neither lose money nor make a profit in this area. We are consistently striving to be more efficient with our order fulfillment to keep costs down and our shipping charges as low as possible.

I just received my catalog in the mail but the item I want is already sold out- why?
Perhaps you are receiving your catalogs a little late. This could be caused by the way your local bulk mail center handles bulk mail. If this is happening repeatedly, your postmaster needs to know about it. Our printer "drops" all of our catalogs on the same day. From there they go to bulk mail centers across the country and can take 7-15 days to be delivered to your address. You may want to contact your postmaster so he will be aware of the problem. Other customers of ours have done this with favorable results. I hope the situation will be resolved.
Also, due to the nature of the closeout business, we often receive items in limited quantity. Therefore, popular sizes and colors can sell out quickly. Occasionally, we are able to reorder a product, but due to our inventory being closeouts, most products are no longer available.
New items are added to our web site only a few days in advance of our customers receiving their next catalog. To monitor incoming products, we suggest you access the "Just Added" section of our website. A link to the "Just Added" section can be found on the homepage under the "Search Index". This section lists all products we've made available during the last 14 days.

How do I become a sareedeals.com member?
