For Deliveries within India |
|
| We offer free shipping for deliveries within India.
All major cities and towns, which are connected with courier companies,
can be reached within 72 hours after shipping the goods. Gifts into
interior villages are shipped by registered post, which might take
7 to 10 working days. The time required to ship a gift depends on
the product, which is specified in the respective page. |

For Deliveries outside India |
|
| We use reputed courier companies to ship goods
outside India, like FedEx, DHL, TNT or Aramex. The shipping rates
are subsidized rates, which are less than what we pay to these companies. |
|
| We are aware that one of the greatest impediments
to e-commerce is the shipping charge paid by the customers. We have
therefore initially even toyed with the idea of making shipping free.
We however soon figured that this was not an answer to the problem.
Shipping charges would in fact get added to the product price and
customer would pay unfairly high price if he purchased multiple items
under the same order. This happens because all courier companies charge
a minimum base shipping charge for first ½ kg and thereafter shipping
charges keep going marginally up in sliding scale according to the
volumetric weight of the shipment. |

Delivery Time |
|
| When you place an order, we will estimate shipping
and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items
and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will
appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both
shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail
and in the order summary in Your Account. |

Calculating Cost |

| Please also note that the shipping rates for many
items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be
found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping
companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full
INR. Note: - Avail free shipping on bulk purchases. Note: - Customers
will be provided an electronic tracking number and POD (proof of delivery)
status through mail. Other then in remote areas, where there is no
courier service. The shipment is dispatched through SPEEDPOST.for
this POD copy is not provided. |

Return Policy |
|
sareedeals.com MUST authorizes all returns. Depending
on the reason for return sareedeals.com will email pre-paid shipping
labels. For returned orders the shipping fee is not refunded, unless
the return is due to an error in shipping made by sareedeals.com.
Authorization for return can be obtained by sending an email to info@sareedeals.com.
Please provide your order number, reason for return and any other
relevant details. |

If unsatisfied with the product,
the concerned consignee should mail us within 24hrs from the
time of delivery mentioning the faults clearly.
- The customer is liable to bear
the "To and Fro" courier expenses for the returned/cancelled
orders.

10% of the bill amount will be
deducted from the returned/cancelled order (saree) towards re-stocking
fee.

Refunds would not be accepted
for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched
sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would
accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
- SAREE should reach our India
Office within week days from the time of delivery, and within
24hrs he/she has to give the AWB number and the dispatch details
for tracking on line.
- We will not refund the shipping
charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
- We will not refund the customs
duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving
the goods.
- At any point of time the refunds
will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
